About Savings Fiesta
These terms explain how to use savingsfiesta.com and arrange an order with Savings Fiesta. The website is powered by Shopify. Our catalog is open to people shopping for home, work, events, or their business.
From your list to a confirmed order
You can browse products, build a list, and contact us about pricing or availability. Adding an item to a list, sending an inquiry, or submitting a purchase order request does not by itself place or reserve an order.
Before payment, we will confirm the products, quantities and pack sizes, total price and applicable charges, payment arrangements, and pickup or local delivery details with you. An order is accepted when Savings Fiesta confirms acceptance after those details have been agreed. Please review the confirmation and tell us about any discrepancy before paying.
Product information and availability
We aim to keep the catalog accurate. Availability can change, and product packaging or images may differ from the item currently available. Ask us to confirm flavors, package sizes, ingredients, allergens, dates, or other details that matter to you before ordering. Product labels supplied with the item should be checked before use. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.
If we discover an error affecting a proposed or accepted order, we will contact you, explain the correction, and confirm the next steps. We will not apply an increased price to an accepted order without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the agreed order, we will discuss cancellation and any applicable refund.
Pickup, delivery, changes, and refunds
Pickup and local delivery are arranged per order as explained in our Shipping policy. For changes or cancellations, contact us promptly. Our Return and refund policy explains how we handle damaged, incorrect, or potentially unsafe items and our no-change-of-mind approach for food and beverages.
Your information and inquiry list
Please provide accurate contact details so we can respond to your request. Your product list is saved in your browser's local storage to keep your selections available on that browser. The list is included when you submit the inquiry form. Clearing browser storage may remove it.
The inquiry form requests your name, email address, and message. You may also provide optional contact, location, business, or order details. We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and discuss any order arrangements. Please do not include payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in your message or document links. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared and controls if these terms conflict with it on privacy matters.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, access another person's information, submit malicious content, or misuse our forms. You must have authority to act for yourself or any business on whose behalf you submit an order request.
Website content, logos, and product images may be protected by intellectual property rights. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Browsing the catalog does not transfer ownership of those rights.
Updates and your rights
